We are happy to accept returns within 10 business days of your purchase. Once your item is shipped out to you, it is the buyers responsibility to ship the item back to our facility. Please inquire for return address, and always include confirmation tracking ID. Please note: Defective items that are the fault of Cookpro will be exchanged or refunede including all shipping costs. Proof of damage is required for postal claim purposes. Additionally - items that are requested to be refunded due to buyer changing their purchase decision, if mailed out, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund price. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will authorize Amazon to refund the original purchase with or without shipping - this is based on a case-by-case basis.
